This course will expose students to the current trends in theory and application of strategic management with a focus on financial implications. In addition, learn how to handle complexity and uncertainty of the organization, industry and markets. Business level, corporate level strategies, competitive and industry analysis will be reviewed. This course will have a strong emphasis on financial and non-financial strategic objectives to play a role in the organizations longevity.Prerequisites: Management Accounting 2 and Financial Accounting 3 or equivalent.
