Langara College Diploma in Kinesiology → Capilano University 3 rd Year Bachelor of Kinesiology
Objective of the Agreement
Capilano University agrees to facilitate the admission of students who graduate from Langara College's Diploma in Kinesiology program with appropriate prerequisite qualifications into the Capilano University Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree Program with third-year standing. By this agreement, applicants who have completed all requirements for the Diploma in Kinesiology Program at Langara College and who meet the requirements described below will be guaranteed admission to Capilano University with full block transfer, provided all other entrance criteria are met and space remains available.
To receive a Diploma in Kinesiology from Langara College students must complete the following:

36 credits of required KINS courses;

3 KINS elective credits: either KINS 2206 (Introduction to Statistics in Kinesiology) or KINS 2280 (Human Growth and Motor Development);

6 ENGL credits: University-transferable;

15 credits KINS or university transferable electives.
To complete the first 2 years of the Capilano University Kinesiology Bachelor's Degree Program, students must complete the following:

30 credits in year 1: 6 required KIN courses, 2 non-KIN electives, and an English course;

30 credits in year 2: 6 required KIN courses, 1 KIN elective, 2 non-KIN electives, and a Communication course.
