Vancouver, B.C.
Langara College is Canada's premier pathways college offering over 150+ programs with areas of study including bioinformatics, theatre, nursing, and early childhood education. The College offers short certificates, diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and post-degree diplomas.

The average class size is less than 29, giving students more time to get 1:1 support. Langara combines traditional classroom environments with learning outside the classroom, in simulation labs, in hospitals, on stage, on international field schools, and more.
The College offers some of B.C.'s lowest tuition fees, provides housing options such as homestay and off-campus rentals, and awards $1M in scholarships annually. It also offers a rich campus experience and mental health, academic, and career guidance so learners have a community of support around them to be successful.
Burnaby, B.C.
The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) offers practical career credentials designed for the workplace, from diplomas and certificates to bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Its schools cover subjects as diverse as applied and natural sciences, business and media, computing and IT, engineering, health sciences, and trades.
BCIT delivers programs and courses to nearly 50,000 students through the its six schools. It is comprised of the School of Business and Media, School of Computing and Academic Studies, School of Construction and the Environment, School of Energy, School of Health Sciences, and School of Transportation. The faculty work closely with industry to deliver training, provide expert advice, and help bring ideas to market. Students gain technical skills, real-world experience, and problem-solving ability needed to embrace complexity and lead innovation in a rapidly changing workforce.
Victoria, B.C.
Camosun College offers university transfer and applied degree programs, career and trades training, upgrading and preparatory programs, and professional studies and industry training.
With 19,000 students and 160 programs, Camosun College provides services and facilities for a vibrant campus environment on Vancouver Island. Classes are small enough to offer students the individual support, care, and attention not typically found in most post-secondary institutions. It provides contract training opportunities for local businesses; research, innovation, and prototyping services for industry; and well-trained co-op students for employers.
North Vancouver, B.C.
Capilano University (CapU) offers more than 120 programs, including bachelor's degrees, diplomas, postgraduate programs, and certificates.
CapU is known for top-quality education programs, small classes with teachers who know students’ names and goals, and satellite campuses in Squamish and the Sunshine Coast.
Nearly every program at CapU contains an element of experiential learning with co-ops, practicum placements, applied research projects, seminars, and work experiences while also receiving mentorship from instructors. CapU offers more than 340 student awards, including needs-based bursaries, grants, and merit-based scholarships.
Terrace, B.C.
Coast Mountain College (CMTN) offers 30 programs across various fields including arts, business, fine arts, health and social services, science, trades, and upgrading.
Students can start at CMTN and finish at universities located all over the world. CMTN offers some of the lowest tuition in the province, providing students a more affordable first two years. Degree partnerships and university transfer opportunities are unbound. The region's low cost of living, combined with northwest B.C.'s natural beauty make for a package that is hard to resist.
Prince George, B.C.
The College of New Caledonia (CNC) offers more than 80 programs including programs related to health sciences, trades, and community education.
CNC's programs are relevant to the workforce of today and the future. Its small class sizes not only allow for one-on-one attention from instructors but also foster a caring student support network. CNC’s promise of quality education is delivered by experienced faculty, and commitment to student support is upheld by every employee. 93% of graduates are employed within six months of graduating, according to BC Student Outcomes.
Cranbrook, B.C.
The College of the Rockies (COTR) offers more than 60 programs across certificates, diplomas, associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, trades, and upgrading. Programs span multiple fields including health, business, tourism, trades, and university transfer.
COTR provides a wide variety of programs with low tuition fees and small classes with extra support from instructors and staff. Its credits are transferable to many universities across Canada and internationally. Its main campus in Cranbrook, and regional campuses in Crestion, Fernie, Golden, Invermere, and Kimberley are all located in small and safe communities nestled in the Canadian Rockies.
New Westminster, B.C.
Douglas College offers over 100 undergraduate and post-degree programs, including both academic and career-focused options. These programs span various disciplines such as business, health sciences, applied and performing arts, and technology.
Douglas offers hands-on experiences to students, allowing them to graduate with experience in their fields through their practical and applied programs. The college also acts as a pathway to universities – allowing students successfully transfer to Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia. Classes typically have 35 students to provide more opportunities to interact with professors and peers. 94% of the Douglas degree graduates are employed.

Emily Carr University of Art and Design (ECU) offers undergraduate degrees (BFA, BDes, BMA), graduate degrees (MFA, MDes), and minors in creative disciplines. It also provides continuing studies certificates, part-time courses, and youth programs in art, design, and media.
