Guided Imagery Workshop – Guided imagery is a program of directed thoughts and suggestions that guide your imagination toward a relaxed, focused state. Many people find this relaxed state helps with managing stress and aids healing, learning, creativity, and performance. In this session you will have the opportunity to let yourself be guided on a peaceful walk through a beautiful, lush forest near a trickling stream.

Video Game Night – Take a study break without even leaving the Library! Wii and PS4 games will be available to play.
