Sustainability Leaders Program
Become a Sustainability Leader
The Sustainability Leaders Program empowers students to become environmental stewards and citizen scientists. Through a Campus as a Living Lab framework, participants gain foundational climate literacy and actively contribute to campus sustainability initiatives.
Make Change. Learn Skills. Lead Sustainability.
The Student Sustainability Leaders Program is a fun, flexible way to get involved in sustainability initiatives while building community. Participants take part in campus sustainability projects, attend social and learning events, and help move Langara’s sustainability goals forward - all while gaining valuable skills and experience. Whether you’re passionate about food systems, climate action, gardens, biking, or waste reduction, there’s something for you.
Minimum commitment: 10 volunteer hours over the summer Term (for a T-shirt!).
