Description
Students will focus on areas such as proportion, anatomy, light and shadow, and
how it is utilized in the preparation of animation elements, while improving drawing speed, accuracy, expressiveness and technical ability. This is necessary to properly understand and artistically represent the human form for 2D and 3D motion and animation. There will be an emphasis on character development and drawing for incorporation into the animation pipeline.

Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Diploma in 2D Animation and Digital Art, Diploma in 2D Technologies for Film & Games, Diploma in 3D Animation for Game, Film and Visual Effects, and the Diploma in 3D Technologies for Film & Games.
