Are you starting Langara’s Medical Office Administrator (MOA), Advanced Medical Office Administrator, or Dental Reception (DR) program in September and looking to strengthen your English skills?
Langara’s FREE General Health English Language Learning (ELL) course is designed to help you build the language, communication, and workplace skills you need to succeed in your studies and prepare for a career in healthcare administration.

Details
- Eligibility:
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and individuals with refugee status
- Learners with an intermediate level of English.
- Students enrolled in Langara’s MOA, Advanced MOA, or Dental Reception program for the September-December 2026 term
- Course Details:
- Dates: September 14 – December 4, 2026 (12 weeks)
- Delivery:
- Online with primarily asynchronous learning, so you can study when it works best for your schedule
- There will be 12 hours of learning each week, including:
- 2 hours of scheduled online class time
- 10 hours of independent coursework each week
