Honieh Barzegari

Dr. Honieh Barzegari, MD, is principal of public affairs at Earnscliffe, where she advises public, private, and non-profit organizations on public affairs, public policy, stakeholder engagement, and governance. An Iranian-Canadian and long-time Vancouver resident, Honieh brings more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, government, and the life sciences. A physician by training, she has served in senior advisory roles with the Government of British Columbia and held leadership positions in the biopharmaceutical and health technology sectors. Having taught at both university and college levels, Honieh is a strong advocate for post-secondary education as a catalyst for opportunity, workforce development, and community well-being. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and an executive management certificate.
