Play volleyball regularly & become skilled (ex. experienced with controlled bumps, sets, spikes, serves & blocks). It will help you understand the 4-2, 6-2 & 5-1 plays in a fun & social atmosphere. In this course play is both recreational & competitive. Prerequisite: Volleyball Level 1

Taught by Young For Life, this course is a series of integrated postures and poses designed to reteach our bodies how to correct the movement patterns of our modern day lives. By teaching decompressive breathing and developing underused supportive muscles of our posterior chain, your bodies will benefit with better posture and functional core strength. This course is for those who want to address compressive joint discomfort, conquer back pain and move with confidence. Please bring a mat and prepare to exercise bare foot.
