Real Estate Scholarship Awards

Langara College offers a range of scholarship awards to recognize real estate students with outstanding academic achievement. These awards are supported by a variety of companies and organizations within the real estate profession. Award amounts vary between about $250 and $500. Eligibility for scholarship awards is determined by Langara College, based on donor criteria. Students who are eligible for a real estate scholarship award are notified by the College. The scholarship awards listed below are presented once a year in late spring or early summer.

Amon Investment Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Commercial Property Management course

Appraisal Institute of Canada Scholarship recognizes a top student in the Residential Construction course

Baywest Management Corporation Scholarship – recognizes two top students in the Advanced Strata Management course

B.C. Shopping Centre Managers Association Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Commercial Property Management course

Brian Pink Scholarship - will be awarded annually to a successful graduate of one of the Real Estate Certificate Programs offered through Langara College Continuing Studies. click here. Download scholarship information here.

Cushman & Wakefield LePage Advisors’ Inc. Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Real Estate Investment Analysis course

Dorset Realty Group Canada Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Residential Property Management course

Mario Pavlakovic Memorial Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Real Estate Appraisal course

* New award - New Coast Realty Scholarship - recognizes the top student (highest grade point average) who has completed the Trading Services Certificate Program.

Penny & Keenleyside Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Real Estate Mathematics course

Real Estate Council of B.C. Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Business Communications course

Real Estate Institute of B.C. Scholarship – recognizes a top student in the Social Housing Management course
