Booking Information
Costs and Fee Schedule (based on 2018 tour. Subject to change for future tours)
- $3850 per person based on double occupancy
- Prices are based on double occupancy. Single supplement fee ($500) applies.
- Deposit is $650 and is due at time of registration (full payment due for bookings within 3 months prior to departure)
- Booking deadline is 3 months prior to travel (but last-minute bookings may be accepted if space is still available. Check with us for availability)
- All payments are non-refundable
Costs Include:
- Program registration and tuition fees
- Pre-trip orientation meeting(s)
- Local group transportation
- Accommodation based on double occupancy
- Some group meals as per itinerary
- Local guided tours and entrance fees as per itinerary
- Introductory watercolour & sketching lesson prior to tour
- Travel watercolour set
- Basic acrylic paint provided
- Instruction by Langara College faculty
Costs Exclude:
- International Airfare
- Visas, passport fees, insurances
- All personal items and services
- GST and local taxes (City Tax Florence)

Drawing materials, brushes, and surfaces to work on e.g. watercolour paper or canvases
Registration Procedures
- Apply early to avoid disappointment
- Fill out a Confidential Registration Form (PDF)
- Submit a deposit for $650 (full payment due for bookings within 3 months prior to departure)

Important Information:
Travel Visa requirements and passports are the responsibility of the participants.
Cancellation, Travel, Flight and Health insurances are required and are the responsibility of the participant to research and secure the appropriate coverage. Check with your local travel agent /insurance provider/health plan for advice about traveling overseas.
All participants will be required to sign a release form prior to departure which allows Langara College, Instructors, Staff, Tour Leaders and Contract Services Employees to be free of liability with respect to this Travel Program.
Program itinerary and dates are tentative. Program costs are based on a minimum number of participants and are subject to change without notice. Single supplement will apply to all single travelers. Langara College reserves the right to cancel any program prior to departure without penalty or liability.
