Application Process
To register for individual courses
This can be done through the Registrar’s Office with the 5-digit CRN number for the course that you would like to take. You can register by phone at 604-323-5322 at the College, see the main registration page for details. Fees must be paid at the time of registration. Seats are limited for individual courses.
To apply for the full certificate program
Applications are accepted for September start date. There are limited seats available in this program, so please apply early. You will be contacted within two days about the status of your application.

Submit a Continuing Studies Online Application:

Pay your application fee by Visa or MasterCard during the online application process

Do not send supporting documents such as trancripts etc. These are not required.
Applicants should have good command of spoken and written English skills. Below are some recommendations (these are not prerequisites) for English Language Proficiency if English is not your first language:
- IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall with no band less than 6.0
- TOEFL (internet-based) with a total score of 80 or higher, and a minimum of 22 in Listening, 22 in Reading, 21 in Speaking, and 21 in Writing
- Successful completion of LEAP Level 8
- Successful completion of B.C. Grade 12 English or Communications 12 or equivalent
- Successful completion of a post-secondary level English or Communications course for which Langara College awards transfer credit.
- LET (Langara English Test) Level 2
