These Anatomy & Physiology courses are designed for individuals who are preparing for further studies, reviewing A&P for professional development, or completing a prerequisite or co-requisite for Langara Continuing Studies certificate programs.
These courses may also meet admission or prerequisite requirements for programs at other institutions. Students are responsible for confirming transfer or prerequisite eligibility with the receiving institution.

Basic Anatomy and Physiology for Bodyworkers
A foundational overview of the body’s major systems, their structure, and their function.
No prerequisites required.
Advanced Anatomy and Physiology for Bodyworkers
A deeper exploration of system interrelationships and functional mechanisms.
May be taken concurrently with Basic A&P or after successful completion of a previous A&P course.
Pathology Introduction for Bodywork Practitioners
An introduction to common conditions and dysfunctions affecting the human body, with an emphasis on health promotion.
No prerequisites required.

- Basic A&P for Bodyworkers:
Offered in September, January, and May.- January, May, September: two evenings per week for 14 weeks (Tuesday and Thursday)
- Advanced A&P for Bodyworkers:
Offered in September, January, and May.- Typically Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 4 weeks, with 3 alternating Saturdays.
- Pathology Introduction for Bodywork Practitioners:
Offered in September, January, and May.- Typically Wednesday evenings for 7 weeks
All classes run based on minimum enrollment requirements.
