Sophie Song-Yi Jeon

Sophie Song-Yi Jeon is a purpose-driven leader with a strong private sector background in global operations, communications, and community engagement. She currently serves as the global packaging and labelling operations manager at lululemon, and brings over a decade of experience across industries including retail, finance, and public affairs. As a former international student and first-generation immigrant, Sophie is passionate about mentorship, advancing gender equity, and expanding access to education. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Scrum Master certification, a Master of Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
