Sangra Family Scholarship

The Sangra Family Scholarship was created to support students entering Langara College directly out of high school.

The application for fall 2026 is now open.

Eligibility Criteria

Recipients will:

  1. Be entering Langara College as a full-time student in Fall Semester 2026.
  2. Have completed high school in Vancouver, Richmond, or Burnaby within six months of starting at Langara College.
  3. Have participated on a high school sports team during Grade 11 and 12.
  4. Have an academic standing of a "B-" average or higher in Grade 12, at the time of their application, as validated by their high school administrator or athletic director.
  5. Demonstrate financial need.

If you meet the above criteria, please apply by completing the steps outlined below. The application deadline for Fall 2026 is Friday, July 31, 2026, by 4:00 pm.

Steps to Apply

  1. Download the reference form and have your high school administrator or athletic director fill it out.
  2. Complete the application form below and upload the completed reference form in the uploaded area provided. 

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure this application is completed in full. Please complete all sections of the application form below. Applications submitted that are missing information may result in disqualification.
