Description
Careful data analysis and method validation are essential skills in HPLC chemical analysis. Students learn how to interpret and manipulate chromatograms to obtain reliable quantitative data; and how to write a method validation report for the HPLC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for that data. This is the final course of three stackable micro-courses in the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) micro-credential.
Prerequisite(s): An “S” grade in CHEM 1620.
