Ghezal Durrani Testimonial Headshot

I began my academic journey at Langara College, completing a Diploma in Criminal Justice that built the foundation for my career and future studies. I later transferred to SFU, where I earned a degree in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, with a minor in Criminology and a Certificate in Social Justice. Today, I work as a Victim Court Support Worker at the Vancouver Provincial Courthouse, supporting victims of crime and advocating for social justice in the Downtown Eastside. My time at Langara, especially the encouragement of supportive professors, played a pivotal role in shaping my passion for equity, resilience, and positive social change.
