Improving Relationships Group

Over 8 weeks, a Langara Counsellor will facilitate and support 6-8 students in developing life skills to improve communication skills, set boundaries, build resilience, make better choices, and a better understanding of the different relationships in their lives. Students will also find that the skills learned in the group will help them succeed academically, professionally, and emotionally!

This group will meet in-person on Thursdays from 1:30 pm–3:30 pm on the following dates:

• June 15, 2023
• June 22, 2023
• June 29, 2023
• July 6, 2023
• July 13, 2023

All students enrolled in the summer term are welcome and registration is required.
