The Certificate is awarded to participants that complete all four of the courses. Each of the courses consist of weekly reading, audio and video presentations and group discussions.  All courses have testing built in and each participant must have a passing grade in all four courses to be eligible for the certificate.

Required Courses for the Certificate:

    • Successful Selling Strategies (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
    • Persuasion, Communication & Relationship Building  (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
    • Motivation, Closing & Keeping Clients (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
    • Sales & Planning Toolkit  (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)

Participants will be using the Brightspace by D2L learning system and will have access to the courses the first day of class.
