The Certificate is awarded to participants that complete all four of the courses. Each of the courses consist of weekly reading, watching presentations, group discussions and live webinars. If participants can't make the date and time of the live-webinar there will be an opportunity to watch a recorded version. All courses have testing built in and each participant must have a passing grade in all four courses to be eligible for the certificate.
Required Courses for the Certificate:
- Successful Selling Strategies (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
- Persuasion, Communication & Relationship Building (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
- Motivation, Closing & Keeping Clients (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
- Sales & Planning Toolkit (18 hrs. total - about 6 hrs. per week)
Participants use the D2L learning system and will have access to the courses the first day of class.
