To succeed in today's economy, organizations must incorporate social media into their marketing and business strategies. Students learn the strategies and tools used to market effectively on social media platforms. They examine the role of social media today and how to use it to meet organizational goals. They learn how to create engaging content, build brand presence, and manage campaigns across digital platforms. Students also learn about community engagement, AI usage, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics to measure success. By the end of the program, students demonstrate the skills needed to design and implement social media strategies that drive marketing and business goals.
