This fall, Canadian Blood Services is celebrating the power of giving together and calling on Canadians to donate with their communities. A group donation provides the opportunity to turn a routine gathering into a meaningful shared experience. The Fall Get Together campaign is a donor challenge specifically for groups — friends, families, colleagues, classmates, teammates — inviting them to book and donate together.

Post-Secondary Challenge
By joining the Langara College team, your attendance counts towards your school’s Donor Point Average (DPA) which is calculated by the percentage of team members who show up to donate (example: 10 members, 8 show up = 80 DPA). The school with the highest DPA wins, which means everyone from that team who attended an appointment gets a limited-edition donor hoodie and attend a Friendsgiving banquet.
