Brian Davie was raised between his native Vancouver and San Francisco before attending art school and university in Ontario. He entered into the motion picture industry in 1987 starting out in set decoration, gradually working his way up through the ranks and eventually into the Art Department where he became accredited as a Production Designer in 1999. During his lengthy career, he has worked for such notables as Director, Ridley Scott (Blade Runner; Gladiator) and legendary Producer, Albert S. Ruddy (The Godfather; Million Dollar Baby). To date, he has designed some 35 films.
He is a past winner of the Leo Award for Best Production Design in Feature Film and the MOMA Award for Best Art Direction in Advertising. He has also received two additional Leo Award nominations.
Brian has also taught Production Design at Vancouver Film School, Capilano College and later Capilano University.
David works extensively both in Film and Theatre. He originally trained as an artist at Emily Carr University and took his Masters in Scenography at Central Saint Martins, London and DAMU, Prague. His fine art has been exhibited world wide and his designs for the stage have been seen across Canada and the UK.
He has production designed Canadian features, television series, movies of the week and National Film Board dramas.
David is the recipient of 6 Jessie awards and has been nominated for the Genie and Leo awards. He has taught design in Vancouver, London and Prague.
David is a member of the Associated Designers of Canada and IASTE 891.
Sheila Haley has worked extensively as a Production Designer and Art Director on numerous film and television productions. Some of her feature film credits include: The Dancing Ninja (Sony Pictures), Sucker Punch (Warner Bros), Santa Clause 2 (Buena Vista Pictures), and Andre (Paramount). Her television credits include: Fallen, Psych, The Haunting, The L Word, and many more.
Marianne works extensively as a Set Decoration/buyer. Currently she is working on The Man in the High Castle – Season 3.Her numerous credits include: Further Adventure Of Max & Banks (2016, FEATURE) ,The Magicians, Season1 (2015, TV SERIES) Bates Motel, Season 1 and 3 (2015, TV Series) The Ninth Life of Louis Drax (2014, Feature Film) Night at the Museum (2013, Feature Film) Witches of East End (2013, TV Series) Diary of a Wimpy 3 (2011, Feature Film). She is also an award winning Documentary filmmaker.
Damian's background is as a Professional visual artist and whose passion led him to train as in the VFX realm. He has worked for many years in the Visual Media industry doing a great range of tasks; from painted backdrops to set design and art direction on different projects. His area of expertise is in: Concept design, architectural design, Character design, creative process, Digital Compositing, Hand Drawing.
