Description
Project closing is the final phase in the project management process, where all activities are completed and finalized. During this stage, deliverables are formally accepted by the client, contracts are closed, and resources are released. Students learn how to effectively coordinate all aspects of a project, including the project charter and the project management plan, to ensure smooth and successful closure.
