LEAP Basics

In LEAP Basics, students begin to learn how to express their thoughts and opinions through a variety of engaging communicative activities. Listening comprehension is developed through intensive listening projects which include watching short animated videos and vignettes. Students also develop their reading comprehension skills and build everyday vocabulary by reading short simple stories and passages on topics of general interest.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Langara English for Academic Purposes program.
