The following courses are designed for students considering a career in recreation and wanting to complete the Diploma in Recreation Leadership with the option to advance to complete the Bachelor of Recreation Management Degree. RECR courses can also be taken to meet the requirements of the Diploma in Leisure Studies and as electives for arts and science students.
As not all courses are offered each semester, students are advised to consult a Langara College counsellor or Recreation department faculty when planning their program.
