Course Description

Students explore key concepts, skills, and issues as they apply to effective leadership in recreation organizations. Students develop skills in self-leadership, decision-making, group dynamics, supervision, and teamwork.

Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Bachelor of Recreation Management and the Diploma in Recreation Leadership.

Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C-" grade in RECR 1160.
