Indigenous Counsellors Randal (Haida) and Stefanie (Métis) will be holding 5 drop-in sessions over the Fall semester to help you stay on track with your life and studies. We'll share tips on having healthy boundaries, protecting your time and energy, navigating procrastination, rest and self-care. You'll also have a chance to check in on how you're doing and to learn more about support resources available on campus.
The workshop is open to Indigenous students by registration.
Time: Wednesday mornings from 10:30am to 11:30am.
