Booking Information

There are no prerequisites or background necessary for the educational tour. No travel experience is required. 

Registration Procedures

  • Apply early to avoid disappointment
  • Fill out an Confidential Registration Form (PDF)
  • Submit a deposit for $650 (full payment due for bookings within three months prior to departure)

Costs and Fee Schedule

  • From $4500 per person (based on double occupancy & minimum group size). Single room supplement $875
  • Prices are based on double occupancy. Room share or single rooms for a supplement upon request and subject to availability
  • Deposit is $650 and is due at time of registration to secure a spot (full payment due for bookings within 3 months prior to departure). Payments non-refundable
  • Balance payment and registration deadline 3 months prior to travel.

INCLUSIONS

  • Accommodation 11 nights based on double/twin occupancy
  • All breakfasts, 3 dinners (TBD)
  • A Deluxe air-conditioned minibus at disposal according to the submitted itinerary
  • A qualified English speaking guide at disposal for the whole tour
  • Entrance fees to monuments
  • Portage of luggage, taxes and services

EXCLUSIONS

  • International flights
  • Mandatory travel medical insurance
  • Entrances, excursions, meals, beverages not mentioned above
  • Items of a personal nature
  • Must pay $14USD per person if you wish to enter the Mosque in Casablanca
  • Tips for hotel staff, service staff, local guides, and drivers

Important Information:

If the minimum number of participants has not been reached by the registration deadline. registered participants will be contact-ed and a full refund of the deposit will be arranged.
Travel Visa requirements and passports are the responsibility of the participants. Travel, Flight and Health insurances are required and are the responsibility of the participant to research and secure the appropriate coverage. Check with your health plan, family physician or local travel clinic for advice about traveling overseas. All participants will be required to sign a release form prior to departure which allows Langara College, Instructors, Staff, Tour Leaders and Contract Services Employees to be free of liability with respect to this Travel Program. Program itinerary and dates are tentative. Program costs are based on a minimum number of participants and are subject to change without notice. Single room supplement will apply to all single travelers (room share option may be possible to arrange but cannot be guaranteed) Langara College reserves the right to cancel any program prior to de-parture without penalty or liability.
