Costs and Fee Schedule (subject to change)

• From CAD $7995 per person based on double occupancy. Prices are based on double occupancy
• Single room supplement fee applies (approx. CAD $800 per person). Subject to availability
• Deposit is $2000 per person and is due at time of registration (full payment due for bookings within 3 months prior to departure)
• Payments non-refundable unless the College cancels the tour because of low-enrolment
• Balance payment is due 3 months prior to departure.

Tour Inclusions

• Program registration
• Pre-trip information session(s) and orientation meeting
• Photography instruction by Langara instructor
• Accommodation as per itinerary
• All park fees and transit fees
• All meals during the entire tour (unless noted otherwise)
• English speaking safari guides
• Private group airport transfers as per itinerary
• Private safari transport in 4WD Toyota Land Cruiser(s) incl. bottled water in the vehicles
• Ngorongoro Crater entry fees
• Any other government taxes and levies
• Emergency Flying Doctor coverage

Tour Exclusions

• Tips to drivers, guides, wait and hotel staff
• Drinks (unless noted otherwise)
• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance, visas and international airline tickets

Registration Procedures

• Apply early to avoid disappointment
• Fill out an Application for Registration Form (PDF)
• Submit a deposit for $2000 per person (full payment due for bookings within three months prior to departure)

Important Information

Travel Visa requirements, passports and inoculations are the responsibility of the participants. Cancellation, Travel, Flight and Health insurances are strongly recommended and are the responsibility of the participant to research and secure the appropriate coverage.

Check with your local travel agent /insurance provider/health plan and doctor/ travel clinic for advice about traveling overseas. All participants will be required to sign a release form prior to departure which allows Langara College, Instructors, Staff, Tour Leaders and Contract Services Employees to be free of liability with respect to this Travel Program. Program itinerary and dates are tentative.

Program costs are based on a minimum number of participants and are subject to change without notice. Single supplement will apply to single travelers (unless a participant opts in for room share and a roommate is found. This cannot be guaranteed). Langara College reserves the right to cancel any program prior to departure without penalty or liability.
