Going back to school as a mature student was terrifying, but it ended up being a life-altering experience and was the best decision I ever made.

Considering the interests and needs of the student is essential for the successful completion of an effective work practicum. From my personal experience, I found the preparatory activities for the school practicum, such as self-assessment on various supply chain foundational attributes, integrative and functional competencies, extremely helpful. This specific exercise allowed me to determine the supply chain field or function that interests me the most.

The classes were informative, fascinating and we had a lot of fun. Along with that, I also got a chance to make so many new friends, which I was grateful for. Honestly, taking this course was one of my best decisions ever and I believe some other friends also have the same thought.

I am always open to chat, and want nothing but success for those who take on the challenge of Recreation Management at Langara! I am currently the Recreation Programmer at Douglas Park Community Centre and Hillcrest Centre.
