Booking Information

Costs and Fee Schedule

  • From CAD $5340 per person 
  • Prices are based on double occupancy. Room share or single rooms for a supplement (CAD $1100) on request
  • Deposit is $650 and is due at time of registration (full payment due for bookings within 3 months prior to departure). Payments non-refundable unless the college cancels the tour.
  • Balance payment and registration deadline 3 months prior to travel.

Costs Include:

  • Program registration 
  • Pre-trip orientation meeting(s)
  • Domestic Flights (Delhi – Jaisalmer & Udaipur – Delhi)
  • Accommodation for a total of 15 Nights on Twin / Double Sharing basis in the hotels mentioned above or similar
  • Meals as indicated in the itinerary
  • Breakfast on all days starting Day 2 of the itinerary
  • 1 dinner at hotel in Jaisalmer
  • En route lunch during Jaisalmer and Jodhpur drive
  • 1 lunch at a local restaurant in Jodhpur
  • Lunch & Dinners on all days during stay at Deogarh
  • En route lunch (at Ranakpur) during Deogarh and Udaipur drive
  • 1 lunch at a local restaurant in Udaipur
  • Midway snack stop during drive from Delhi to Agra
  • Ground transportation by Air-conditioned Mini Coach
  • Local English Speaking Guides at each destination as specified above
  • One-time entrance fee to the monuments mentioned in the itinerary except at Taj Mahal where 2 visits (sunset and sunrise)
  • are included
  • Mineral water and soft drinks in vehicles

Costs Exclude:

  • Any expense of a personal nature such as table drinks, tips, laundry, any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, phone calls etc.
  • Mandatory travel medical insurance (can be booked via our preferred tour operator)
  • International airfare
  • Gratuities for guides, drivers, servers, etc. (best to discuss in advance as a group)
  • Visa fee (MUST DO ONLINE IN ADVANCE), passport costs (MUST BE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS BEYOND RETURN DATE), and vaccinations
  • Personal expenses and personal gear
  • Alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages other than mentioned above
  • Anything that is not mentioned above

Registration Procedures

  • Fill out a Confidential Registration Form (PDF)
  • Submit a deposit for $650 (full payment due for bookings within three months prior to departure)

Cancellation, travel, flight and health insurances are strongly recommended and are the responsibility of the participant to research and secure the appropriate coverage. Check with your local travel agency or insurance provider and health plan, family physican or local travel clinic for advice about traveling overseas.

All participants will be required to sign a release form prior to departure which allows Langara College, Instructors, Staff, Tour Leaders and Contract Services Employees to be free of liability with respect to this travel program.

Program itinerary and dates are tentative. The tour may be cancelled because of low enrolment if the minimimum number of applications is not reached by the registration deadline (typically 3 months prior to travel for international tours). Contact us for details if you have questions in this regard). Program costs are based on a minimum number of participants and are subject to change without notice. for some tours program costs are tiered (lower cost for larger group size) Single supplement will apply to all single travelers (unless the participant is paired up with a roommate; depending on availability and preference). Langara College reserves the right to cancel any program prior to departure without penalty or liability.
