Overview

Personalized medicine uses personal patient data – genome sequences, RNA and protein abundance measurements, key metabolic and physiological markers – in order to better design and implement health care treatments.

Our Post-Graduate Certificate in Personalized Medicine will educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of these types of deep molecular assessments, including genetics and genomics. Graduates will be able to use these tools to better assess their patients and to design and implement improved healthcare treatments. Our personalized medicine program will enable successful students to apply their knowledge to the benefit of themselves, their patients, and the medical system in BC.

No program dates are scheduled at the moment.

The 128-hour program will be delivered over the eight months through a combination of online and in-person learning. The certificate will be granted after successfully completing all modules.
