Domestic Student Batch Refunds Fall 2025

Due to the Canada Post strike, we are unable to mail out refund cheques to domestic students for the time being.

Please access your Account Balance & Payments page on the Student Information System, navigate to your Fall 2025 semester, and check to see if "Regular St. Tuition Refund" appears as one of your Charge line items.

If you have a refund, please visit Student Accounts in B207 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, excluding statutory holidays. Please make sure to bring a physical photo ID to have your cheque released.

Any unclaimed cheques will be mailed out once the Canada Post strike ends.
