Description
Stress-combatting techniques are often used after the fact – long after trauma events have penetrated the nervous system, depleted the immune system, locked down subtle emotional responses, disturbed biofield physiology, and disrupted the body’s inflammatory set-point. The antidote: a primary prevention consciousness-based program focusing on powerful breathing and intentional movement including complex bilateral regulation practices. This, combined with becoming more aware of body energy levels, body sensation states, provides a sophisticated understanding of the multiple interacting information systems, or maps of consciousness, that guide mechanisms of health and healing.
