Description
As manufacturing operations and supply chains become ever more globalized, cross-cultural communication and employee intercultural skills have grown in importance for Canadian and international business organizations. This course enables students to understand how cultural patterns of interaction affect their relationships in business, and specifically in their industry, when working in environments that include people of diverse cultural, national, and language backgrounds. Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics.
