Real Estate Mathematics

This course introduces the techniques of investment and statistical analysis in a real estate context. Topics include statistical techniques, cash flow analysis, discounting, compounding, and the mathematics of real estate finance and investment analysis. There is also a brief overview of graphing and surveying. This course meets Appraisal Institute of Canada and UBC BUSI 121 requirements.
