Career Pathways

Transferability

The Kinesiology Diploma itself does not transfer to other colleges and universities. Rather, individual courses taken to fulfill the requirements of this diploma must be assessed for their transfer credit status. It is the responsibility of the students to check with the institutions to which they transfer, to determine the transfer credit status of the courses they have completed.

Kinesiology courses have various transferability to universities such as:

  • University of British Columbia (Vancouver and Okanagan)
  • Simon Fraser University
  • Thompson Rivers University
  • Vancouver Island University
  • University of the Fraser Valley
  • University of Victoria
  • Trinity Western University
  • Capilano University
  • Camosun College
  • Other institutions

Please check the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer website for specific transfer details at www.bctransferguide.ca.
