Procedural Law 2 Techniques

Application of the laws covered in Procedural Law 2 and will be applied to different case scenarios. Students will have to demonstrate how to apply the laws in investigations and what legal procedures should be used in this applied knowledge scenario based course; mock trials will allow students to develop appropriate courtroom behavior when testifying for court.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
