Procedural Law - Level 2

This court expands the application of Procedural Law 1 to cover aspects such as court appearances and procedure, as well as trials and legal contest. Heavy emphasis will be placed on the application of legal procedures and courtroom behaviour and strategies.Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Degree Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
