We offer a wide variety of courses that deal with the fundamentals of Spanish grammar, conversation, composition, and literature by Spanish-speaking authors. Almost all of our courses are available for university-transfer, and there is something for everyone from absolute beginners to intermediate students.

Please see Langara's registration guide for course offerings, as not all courses are offered every semester. If you have any questions about our program, please contact any of our faculty members. We are always eager to find the course that’s right for you.

¡Gracias! ¡Nos vemos!

Outcomes and Objectives

Langara offers four levels of Spanish to help students develop and improve their language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. We aim to broaden our students’ knowledge of the history and culture of Spanish-speaking countries and build cross-cultural skills that help them better understand and continue to explore our world’s multi-cultural societies.
