Overview
In user experience fundamentals you will observe behaviours and analyze user expectations.
This discipline is comprised of the two fields of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Both UX and UI use the human-first approach to design. UX looks at the user’s full experience from first contact to last exit point, in order to eliminate pain points and produce a product that delights the users with their effectiveness. UI looks at the aesthetic experience of digital products. It creates visual touchpoints that allow users to interact with a product. The two fields work together to create a cohesive experience for users of web and mobile applications.
