Guest Speaker: Virginia Woloshen
From molecular biology to bioinformatics, Virginia is an experienced geneticist with a MSc from UBC and over 10 years of industry experience. Her experience ranges across microbial, plant, and human genetics; from Vancouver to the Bay Area in California. She began at the lab bench but then transitioned into more computational roles which is where she finds herself now as a data scientist at AbCellera.
