With the Enterprise subscription, we have access to SurveyMonkey’s most powerful tools that will not only allow us to collaborate efficiently, but also create complex surveys to improve our data collection efforts:

  • Enterprise Account Features

    • Team Library - The library is a collection of shared images, documents, themes, and templates that all members of a team can access when they create new surveys. Now everyone can quickly access company logos, themes, images in one spot, ensuring that surveys are brand consistent.

    • Team Templates - If you're a Primary Admin or Admin, you can create templates that anyone in your Enterprise account can use to quickly create new surveys, reducing redundancy for the team.

    • Team Collaboration - Give the right people access to specific surveys so you can get things done quicker and better. When you share a survey with someone on your team, they’ll see it listed under “My Surveys”, and from there the team member can view and edit the survey, as well as export results.

    • Team Themes - These are Custom Themes saved to your Team Library—available to all members of your group. Primary Admins and Admins can add themes to the Library to share them with every member of our Enterprise account.

  • Advanced Features

    • Advanced Branching - Advanced branching logic lets you customize the behavior of your survey based on multiple conditions. For example, you can build conditions based on a respondent's answers, custom data from Contacts, and custom variables. You can also add unconditional skip logic to a page, so that everyone that reaches that page is skipped to a specific page later in the survey.

    • Custom Variables - Custom Variables is a logic feature that allows you to track data about respondents by passing one or more values through a survey link and into your survey results. For example, instead of asking respondents to fill out their name, department, and title in the survey itself, you can track this information about them through the survey link using Custom Variables.

    • Advanced Piping - Advanced Piping lets you insert text like custom variablescustom data from Contacts, or a respondent's answer to a previous question into your survey—allowing you to personalize your survey questions for each unique respondent based on who they are and how they answer certain questions in your survey.

  • Business Integrations

    • API - Offers capability to output response information, survey information, and response counts. For more information about our API and documentation, visit this Help Center article or SurveyMonkey’s Developer Portal.

    • Mobile SDK - Empowers organizations with apps to survey and collect customer feedback directly in your app, make improvements to the app experience, and encourage people to leave positive reviews in the app store. Click here to learn more, or review this Help Center article for instructions on how to set it up for your team.

    • Single Sign-On (SSO) - Single Sign-On enables users in your SurveyMonkey Enterprise group to use their corporate login credentials to sign in to SurveyMonkey — eliminating the need to maintain a separate username and password for SurveyMonkey. Check out this Help Center article for more information on SSO.
