Financial Planning & Analysis
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plans and monitors all of Langara’s revenues and expenditures, provides accurate and value-added financial information to assist in decision-making processes, and prepares regulatory reports to the Ministry.
Budget Planning
Develops, implements and reviews the budget in compliance with the College and Institute Act that supports Langara’s Strategic Priorities
Financial Analysis
Advises the Langara community on their financial performance and make recommendations on financial efficiency and effectiveness
Database Management
Plans, integrates and maintains financial information databases
Regulatory Reporting
Liaises, coordinates and responds to reporting requirements set out by the Ministry
