School can be stressful. So, as part of De-Stress Fest, we've organized some things for you. Below is a list of workshops and events, as well as resources you can use on your own to help you get through the exam period.

Take part in a variety of activities: air-dry clay, button-making, and games.

Wellness Fair | 11:00am–2:00pm | A building, main foyer
Come learn the physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness resources available to you. Put some pep in your prep! The Mental Health Ambassadors will be there sharing de-stressing techniques you can use to help prepare for finals. Herbal Tea will be available so bring your own mug!

Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation | 11:30am–12:20pm | C building, C408 
Join Langara Counsellors and fellow students for a guided mindfulness practice of RAIN –Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture – a four-step practice that helps us take pause, find new perspectives, and respond to the stress in our lives with greater calm, confidence, and clarity.

Feel the ‘paws-itive’ impact on your well-being with these ‘fur-legged’ friends. Let these dogs bring you some comfort and companionship during the final exam season.

Massage Therapy | 1:30–4:00 pm | Library main foyer
Take the load off your shoulders and enjoy a complimentary drop-in massage, provided by Langara Massage Therapy students.
