The Langara Global Discussion Series is an event series aimed at creating a brave space for the Langara Community to share, learn from, and engage with a variety of ideas related to current global events, celebrations, and themes. Participants are encouraged to actively engage, listen, inquire, share, and learn together.

Every February, people across Canada participate in Black History Month events and festivities that honour the legacy of Black Canadians and their communities. Langara Global invites current students and staff to attend the next instalment in their Globally Speaking series celebrating Black History Month.
