  • Go to the myFiles page
  • Enter your Computer User ID and Password
  • After login you should see a window that looks like the following (click image for bigger version)

To see the content of your network drives click the crushFTP tab on the top navigation panel. You should then see a list of folders and files below the panel.

To edit a file you have to download it to your local computer. Do so using one of the methods below. Whichever way you choose to download the file, please note that when you open it, you are opening a copy stored on your local computer. If after working on the file and saving your changes, you want to update the file on your network drive, you must upload it from your computer back to myfiles.

Method 1:

  • Right click on the file
  • Select download option from the menu that appears.
  • The file will get automatically be downloaded to your Downloads folder.

Method 2:

  • Click the check box next to the file name, then click on the More tab and select Download as Zip. 
  • You can select more than one file 

To place a copy of the edited file back in your network drive:

  • Click the Add files button
  • You should get an "Upload File" or “Open” window (click image for larger version)

  • Navigate to and select the file you want to upload
  • Click on "Overwrite Files" to confirm you want to replace the file on the desired network drive (click image for larger version)

  • Click the "Logout" option from the right side of the overhead menu (click image for larger version)
