Do you want to live longer and have a healthier life?  Just 30 minutes of physical activity a day can make you more productive, less likely to be sick or prone to injury.  Join our popular Volleyball level 2 or challenge yourself with our Fitness classes such at Total Body Conditioning or Phenominal Abs.

Please note: These classes sell out and usually have a wait list.  Registration for all classes closes one week before classes start so to avoid disappointment, be sure to register early!
