Do you want to live longer and have a healthier life?  Just 30 minutes of physical activity a day can make you more productive, less likely to be sick or prone to injury.  Join our popular Volleyball level 2 or challenge yourself with our Fitness classes such at Total Body Conditioning or Phenominal Abs.

These classes sell out and usually have a wait list.  Registration for all classes closes one week before classes start so to avoid disappointment, be sure to register early!

There are no Volleyball sessions the following dates due to the long weekends:

Please note: the gym is frequently booked for events and will be unavailable for use.  All efforts will be made to inform you of any changes to the schedule as soon as is possible.

All fitness classes are held in room G103A, at Langara College.
