Fitness

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, volleyball has been suspended until in-person classes are available.  Fitness classes with our new instructor will begin online in September 2020.

Do you want to live longer and have a healthier life?  Just 30 minutes of physical activity a day can make you more productive, healthier, and less prone to injury.  Challenge yourself with our Fitness classes such at Total Body Conditioning or Phenominal Abs!

These classes sell out and usually have a wait list.  Registration for all classes closes one week before classes start so to avoid disappointment, be sure to register early!
