Registration Access Schedule

Registration System availability: 0100–2100 Monday to Sunday, exceptions stated below.

Registration Period 1:
November 18–December 15, 2024		 Registration is available during regular hours (0100 to 2100 hours) for verification of registration; course adds, drops, and changes; and account information for students with previous access to Spring Semester 2025 registration.

Tuition fees for courses added during this period are due before 2100 hours on Monday, December 16, 2024. Students who do not pay their fees in full by this date will be dropped from all of their registered courses on Thursday, December 19, 2024 (See Fees Information).
Restricted Registration Period:
December 16–18, 2024
 Access to the registration system is restricted. No access to course adds. Waitlist system unavailable.
Closed Registration Period:
December 19, 2024		 Registration system unavailable. Students with an outstanding balance of $350 or more, students who do not meet prerequisite requirements, or students placed on academic suspension will be dropped from all their registered courses. Check your account balance by logging into the Student Information System.
Registration Period 2: December 20, 2024–January 12, 2025 Registration will be available for verification of registration, as well as course adds, drops, and changes.

The waitlist system will reopen on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 0900 hours and end at 2100 hours on Sunday, January 12, 2025. No offers will go out after 1200 hours on Sunday, January 12, 2025. Offers that are sent on Sunday, January 12, 2025, will expire at 2100 hours on the same day no matter what expiry date and time is indicated on your 'Waitlisted Courses' page.

Tuition fees for courses added during this period are due immediately following registration. Courses added during this period will not be dropped for non-payment of fees. Students remain liable for any fees owing. Any outstanding balances on or after Tuesday, January 14, 2025, will be subject to compounding interest and late payment charges (see Fees Information). Non-refundable fees must be paid, even if you have dropped your courses. Visit Langara's login page and navigate to Account Balance & Payments to review your account for any outstanding fees.
