Where completion of a final examination is required in order to receive credit for a course, you must be available for your examinations as scheduled. It is your responsibility to be aware of the time and date of your final examinations, as indicated on the final version of the examination schedule. View information on how to access the Final Exam Schedule.

If possible, final examinations will be rescheduled upon request, for any student scheduled to write:

  1. two or more examinations at the same time;
  2. two or more examinations each exceeding one hour in duration with an intervening break of less than one-half hour (30 minutes);
  3. more than three examinations in one day; or
  4. more than six hours of examinations in one day.

Final examinations will not be re-scheduled for reasons other than those noted above.

Students who have an exam conflict in accordance with the Final Examination Policy must contact their course instructors to complete the Application for Adjusted Examination Schedule Form for alternative arrangements.

The deadline to submit this form for the Spring Semester 2024 is Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Adjustments may not be made after that date. Any rescheduled exams must be completed within the official final exam period and the final grade submitted by the grade submission deadline.
